Aboriginal Veterans Day is commemorated on November 8th

This past Thursday our senior management attended Syncrude Canada’s annual Aboriginal Community Luncheon, honouring the Aboriginal men and women for their important wartime contributions.  The First Nations, Métis and Inuit people have a long and proud tradition of military service to our country and it is estimated that more than 12, 000 Indigenous members served in the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War.

The Tuccaro Group of Companies recognizes and appreciates the selfless sacrifices made by these brave individuals who have given to their community, their nation and future generations.

Aboriginal Veterans Day is commemorated on November 8.

WPS is proud to support KidSport!

On May 27, 2017 WPS was in attendance to support KidSport Wood Buffalo and Law Day at the Courthouse.  Law Day is a national event that celebrates the signing of Canada`s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  The public can learn about the law, the legal profession and the legal institutions that form the cornerstone of Canadian democracy.  KidSport believe that all kids can play, and should be given the opportunity to experience the positive experience of organized sports.  WPS is proud to support KidSport!
